SPARK – Supportive Program for Advancing Rural Knowledge
SPARK is a European Erasmus+ cooperation project (KA220-YOU) that empowers rural youth workers and young entrepreneurs to design innovative and inclusive community projects.
Through Design Thinking, social innovation, and mentorship, the project fosters creativity, entrepreneurship, and collaboration among young people in rural areas of Europe.
Led by Réseau Solidaire et Participatif (France) with partners GEYC (Romania), Kamite APS (Italy), and OTI Slovakia (Slovakia), SPARK combines training, mentoring, and local action to build sustainable solutions addressing rural challenges such as youth unemployment, depopulation, and social exclusion.
The project runs from September 2024 to February 2026, promoting participation, sustainability, and community empowerment across Europe’s rural territories.
YOU(th) Insights – Co-creation and Design Thinking for Youth Empowerment
YOU(th) Insights is a small-scale Erasmus+ partnership (KA210-YOU) promoting creativity, participation, and social innovation among young people and youth workers in Europe.
The project focuses on co-creation, design thinking, and youth dialogue to strengthen young people’s ability to imagine, design, and implement community-oriented solutions. It encourages active citizenship and innovation through shared learning and practical collaboration.
Led by Coconut Luxembourg with partners Kamite APS (Italy) and Check-IN Association (Portugal), the project develops a common training pathway that connects organizations and youth workers across Europe, building a community of practice around youth design thinking.
Through workshops, investigation phases, and collaborative labs, participants will explore how creativity and empathy can drive positive change in local communities — addressing post-pandemic challenges, youth participation, and inclusion. Running from September 2024 to February 2026, YOU(th) Insights supports youth employability, innovation in youth work, and cross-border cooperation, helping build a more inclusive and participatory Europe.
